The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the married Nanad of the deceased, daughter of the informant but with ulterior motive petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, while she used to reside with her husband at her matrimonial house.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56759 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-12, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
