2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank on written instructions has stated that the account of the petitioner has been closed and there are no outstanding dues as against the said loan account. Learned counsel has placed on record the letter written by the Bank dated 19.10.2023 and the same is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that in view of the above statement made by the counsel, the Bank may be directed to return the original documents which are lying with the Bank.
4. Having regard to the above submissions, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20889 of 2011(9) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 petitioner is directed to approach the Bank with a representation and on such representation being made, the Bank Authority shall consider the same and return the original documents.
5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
