2. It transpires to this Court that by filing the present Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Case No. 109 of 2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Motihari, East Champaran.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the matter is relating to appointment of Anganwari Sevika or Sahayika for Ward No. 08, Paharpur Block of East Champaran. Counsel further submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18235 of 2019(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 remedy to the petitioner lies before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarshika prepared for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika, which has yet not been exhausted by the petitioner and she has filed the present Writ Petition directly before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika within 60 days from today.

5. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal shall be condoned.
