JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 The present petition has been filed for amending the name of the father of the petitioner, which has been mentioned in the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6516 of 2021. Now, the petitioner wants that the name of his father should be depicted as late Lakhindra Rai @ Upendra Rai.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the averments made in the present petition, it is directed that it would be deemed that the name of the father of the petitioner is late Lakhindra Rai @ Upendra Rai.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70644 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 This Court further deems it fit and proper to extend the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below by a further period of four weeks from today, however, the rest of the order dated 23.11.2021 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6516 of 2021.
