The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 72 litres of liquor was recovered from the vehicle wherein the petitioner was also present.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 11.5.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
