The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No.11 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been alleged to be a pillion rider carrying 11.10 litres foreign liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2016. He is a student having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No.11 of 2016.
