The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 19.03.2024, the illegalities committed by the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Kishanganj, have been rectified, the transfer order of the private respondents no.6 and 7 has been cancelled and the petitioners have been posted back at the ANM

Patna High Court CWJC No.13220 of 2023(6) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 School, Kishanganj, where they have also joined.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the grievances of the petitioners have stood redressed, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
