"That, this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs directing the respondents to release 52 Air Conditioner of Akabishi company, which has been seized in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No. 373 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

2. Pursuant to earlier order dated 01.10.2024, the concerned respondents have complied the order dated 01.10.2024, resultantly, nothing remains in the present writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he is permitted to resort appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. With the above observation, present writ petition stands disposed of.
