Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the hut of this petitioner, stolen bumper of a tractor was, allegedly, recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2016. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Motihari (East Champaran)/successor Court in connection with Kesariya Police Station Case No. 190 of 2016.
