The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the Online purchase was made through the ATM card of the informant by one Shivam Kumar. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as one the persons who followed the informant when the informant went to withdrawn money from ATM. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. There is nothing on record to suggest that the

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. It is expected from the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
