Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was a candidate for appointment on the post of Jail Constable. It was found that L.T.I. of the petitioner was not same in the written test and physical test. Submission is that similarly situated other coaccused Rohan Kumar etc. have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7170 of 2017 vide order dated 22.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8365 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/successor Court in connection with Gardanibag Police Station Case No. 14 of 2017.
