I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 , 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there was altercation between 'Barati' and 'Sarati' during marriage ceremony and due to which a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39513 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 case has been lodged. It is also submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Kapil Deo Yadav, Brahmdeo Yadav and Sachidanand Yadav @ Sachitanand Yadav be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
