The Petitioner seeks bail in Dawath P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 471, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against this petitioner that informant and others gave him money as mentioned in the written report as the petitioner assured them to get job in army through one Pankaj Kumar at Ranchi Army Headquarters. It is further alleged that accused persons gave one certificate in the house of the informant and others to join at Ranchi Armed Headquarters but the same was found to be not genuine.

The case diary has been received.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4537 of 2017 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no chit of paper to substantiate any of the allegations levelled against the petitioner either in the written report or in the case diary.

From the written report itself, it appears that money was paid by the informant and other persons voluntarily to the petitioner for getting employment.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.11.2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
