JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 The petitioner's grand father was a Chaukidar. He is claiming benefit of compassionate appointment under his grand father. Application was filed. Matter was considered and rejected vide decision taken on 16.04.2011, a copy of which is annexure-2 to the writ application. Even otherwise the death of the grand father of the petitioner happened way back in the year 2002. The compassionate appointment is not a constitutional right but is based on a policy in vouge and no benefit can be derived over and above parameters under which such consideration is required to be made.

The writ application is dismissed.
