Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Now, as per submission, charge has already been framed and petitioner is in jail custody since 7.8.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Munger in Sessions trial no. 291/2016 arising out of Mufassil P.S. Case no. 155/2015.
