JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahadurpur P. S. Case No.201 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 34 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, there was love affair between them and they have solemnized the marriage, which will appear from Annexure-2 'Nikahnama'. Moreover, the parties have compromised the matter also, which will appear from Annexure 4, whereas the compromise petition has been signed by the victim girl also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
