Petitioners seek bail in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Jn) P.S. Case No. 358 of 2016 registered under Sections273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Excise Act.

It is alleged that 7 bottles each of English wine were recovered from both the petitioners. Both the petitioners are in custody since 18.11.2016. In paragraph 3 it is mentioned that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
