JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2018 At the out set, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition qua the petitioner no.3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as far as the petitioner no.3 is concerned.

The short grievance raised by the surviving petitioners is regarding pendency of their case for regularization/ absorption on Class-III post.

In view of the aforesaid, the surviving petitioners are granted liberty to approach the respondent no.6 within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11759 of 2018 (2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 two weeks from today by filing representation and the respondent no.6 shall consider the case of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today and pass a reasoned and speaking order.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
