NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the A.G.Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired on 30.11.2008. He claims revision of pension for the years 1986 to 1997 and revision on account of grant of A.C.P. between 1998 to 2007 with interest. He also seeks 50% of dues of subsistence allowance w.e.f.12.11.1998 to 13.02.2001 with interest. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.5 which will be disposed of by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of
