The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.06.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 541 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
