Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the Respondent-Authority to calculate arrears of salary of the petitioner for the period 10.06.1992 to 18.06.1993 in the pay scale of Lady Health Visitor and for difference amount of pay between scale of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery and Lady Health Visitor for the period 03.10.1991 till her retirement on 30.06.2004.

Authorities have filed a counter affidavit. They have given details of the payments made to the petitioner on account

Patna High Court CWJC No.16791 of 2011(12) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 of Gratuity and fixation of her pension under order dated 03.03.2006 issued by the Office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna. It is the specific stand of the RespondentAuthorities that no dues are pending before the respondents. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise a grievance in respect of any discrepancy which she may find in the amount of dues paid to her as per averments made in the counter affidavit.
