Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The theft was committed in the office of the informant leading to registration of the First Information Report against unknown. During investigation, one Rajesh Yadav was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37253 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kotwali(Adampur) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2011, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
