The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Phulwariya (Sirpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2020 for the registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, the informant who is mother has alleged that her husband who had earlier beaten their 17 years old daughter in continuance of that entered into the room in which she was sleeping with her and stabbed the victim girl repeatedly in her stomach and chest causing grievous injury. On hue and cry, the villager came and broke open the door but by that time her daughter was no more.

Considering the fact that the informant-mother has

The bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
