Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. As per prosecution case, 14 litres of county made liqour has been recovered from house of petitioner No. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59950 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have got criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the criminal antecedents of similar nature of these petitioners, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
