SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 364-A of the Penal Code. He is named by the victim in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as the one who also joined one co-accused Gautam Kumar Singh, who has been admitted to the privilege of regular bail by the High Court, so submitted the counsel for the petitioner and in appreciation of such fact petitioner, whose case is similar to that of Gautam Kumar Singh, be granted the same benefit. I regret not to accept such submission as this is an application for bail in the event of arrest.
