In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance for non-compliance of the order 28.4.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7508 of 2014 whereby direction was given to dispose of the representation.
In paragraph 6 of the show cause it has been mentioned that representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by order dated 12.2.2015 (Annexure-C to the
Patna High Court MJC No.3732 of 2014 (3) dt.23-05-2017 show cause).
In such view of the matter, the present proceeding is dropped. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take legal course as available in law.
