1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of "Certiorari" for setting aside the letter dated 13.07.2022, bearing letter No.3216 by which circle officer, Anchal Danapur,
Patna High Court CWJC No.13425 of 2023(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/3 District Patna has given letter to the SubRegistrar, Danapur, Patna to stop Registration of land bearing Khesra No.
150 to 173 and 181 of Saidpur Govt.
Gandhi High School, Khagaul ignoring factual and legal aspect.
(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order of Principal, Govt. Gandhi High School, Khagaul Patna dated 15.02.2023, issued vide letter No. 67 by which the Principal Govt. Gandhi High School have given order to concerned person to remove sand and small piece of stone from land because plantation is to be done by the forest department.
(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned authorities to give permission to the petitioner to sell the land of Khesra No.
155, Khata No. 73, Area 45D Decimal as well as direct the concerned authorities, not to allow plantation to be carried out in Khesra No. 155, Khatan No. 73 and Area 45 Decimal because the said land is Khatiyani and in the name of grand Father of the petitioner and Petitioner is paying rent regularly."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.13425 of 2023(3) dt.16-07-2024 3/3 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
