Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 35 of the New Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. House of the petitioner is far away from the place of recovery. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.4184 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S.
