2. The petitioner is directed to make necessary correction, which has arose in the present writ petition in course of the day.

3. After few arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to prefer appeal against the impugned order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tribeniganj, District-Supaul.

4. The present writ petition is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17481 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal so filed by the petitioner considering the period of time which has taken in pursuing the remedy before this Court and condoned the limitation after considering the application filed by the petitioner. The appeal is directed to be dispose of within a period of three weeks preferably within statutory period provided under the Act.
