The petitioner seeks bail in Mansi P.S. Case No.172 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that one unloaded country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The seizure list has been enclosed with the written report which does not bear the signature of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 12.09.2016. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4350 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.172 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
