ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Makhdumpur P. S. Case No. 258/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, which is accordingly rejected.

However, considering the fact that there is a case and counter case, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within the period of four weeks from Today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below will consider the case for regular bail without being prejudiced by this order.
