Considering the show-cause, particularly, para 6, which is quoted herein below, it appears that the payments have been made in terms of the direction issued by the writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2170 of 2015 dated 24.03.2015 and the petitioner after acknowledgment of payment has also issued certificate that he has not claimed any dues in future.
"6. That after receiving the Cheque no. 683807 dated 14.11.2015 the petitioner wrote a letter dated 19.11.2015 to the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Muzaffarpur that no payment is pending and in future I am not claiming any dues."
