2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 on the order of petitioner no.5, inflicted knife blow to the informant causing him injury on the neck. Rest petitioners are alleged to have caught hold of the informant during commission of alleged

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a matter of fact on 14.06.2024 at about 7:30 am in the morning, the informant of this case namely Md. Mustaque has outraged the modesty of wife of petitioner no. 4. He disrobed her in a separate room. He along with his family collectively beaten up the wife of petitioner no. 4 and her minor children and also caused mischief to her house. Thus, informant of the present case (namely Md. Mustaque), in order to save himself from his wrongful act, falsely lodged the present FIR implicating the petitioner no. 4 and his close neighbours and friends who are the witness of the incident. Belsand Police Station Case No. 69/2024 was lodged in this regard by wife of petitioner no.4 against the informant. Doctor has found simple injury.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate
