13-01-2016 Heard Sri Ratan Kumar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader -17 as well as Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 2 & 3/officials of L.N.Mithila University. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 13-09-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15632 of 2011. By the said order, while disposing of the writ petition, liberty was granted to the petitioner to file representation and thereafter, the opposite parties were directed to examine the same and redress the grievances of the petitioner. In case of

Patna High Court MJC No.3054 of 2012 (4) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 refusal, direction was issued to pass a reasoned order. In this case, ofcourse belatedly show cause has been filed and a communication has been brought on record, vide Annexure - B to the show cause of opposite party no. 3 regarding disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner. This order was passed on 13-08-2013, which was passed much belatedly. However, the Court considers that order of the writ court has already been complied with. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order, as contained in Annexure - B to the show cause, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. The present petition stands disposed of.
