The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2016 in connection with Kuttumba P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is not named in the F.I.R. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Amarjeet Kumar after lapse of eleven months of the occurrence. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade as yet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and material available on record, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40156 of 2016 (3) dt.17-11-2016 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kuttumba P.S.
