The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Biharsharif P.S. Case No. 172 of

2013, dated 10.06.2013, which has been registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the report sent by the learned Court below regarding the stage of the case, it would appear that the chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and at the time of sending the report, the matter was pending for taking of cognizance.

In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
