2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of memorandum of agreement dated 16.1.2024 is contained in mediation report dated 16.1.2024.

Considering the fact that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Mahila Police Station Case No. 51/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
