Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act. From the auto of the petitioner 18 litres of country made liquor was recovered. On the same auto two passengers were also traveling who were arrested by the police. Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner had no knowledge or suspect that the recovered article was liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9072 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/successor Court in connection with Rajpur Police Station Case No. 217 of 2016.
