The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is inaction on the part of the Principal Secretary, Health Department in the matter of granting permission for setting up the General Nursing & Midwifery Courses under Nalanda Nursing School, Dinkar Nagar, Rajgir Road, Nalanda.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19359 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Mr. Shanti Pratap, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that inspection of the institute for the purpose of granting permission was completed by the respondents and thereafter, report was submitted on 31.01.2019 (Annexure-8). After Annexure-8, vide Annexure-9 dated 18.07.2019, the petitioner institution was asked to remove certain the deficiency.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that on receipt of Annexure-9 the petitioner institution has already removed the deficiency but till date there is no decision one way or the other by the respondent State. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Principal Secretary, Health Department to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of permission to the institution in question finally within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
