The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.A. No.499 of 2022 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is an L.I.C. agent and he has a small income. The petitioner is ready to pay Rs.3000/- per month to his wife as maintenance. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. The petitioner has got no criminal

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with C.A.
