The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner was forcibly collecting money from the vehicles.
It is submitted that the District Magistrate has issued order for collecting tax from the vehicles in favour of Subodh Kumar Singh and Babloo Tiwary. The petitioner is the employee of Subodh Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 03.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
