The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 872 C of 2019, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing of complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. Five lakhs, as dowry and removing her from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56196 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 matrimonial house snatching her personal belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to misunderstanding in between the complainant/O.P. No.2 with her husband Sujit Kumar, the complainant left her matrimonial house. Thereafter, Sujit Kumar, husband of complainant/O.P. No.2, filed Matrimonial Suit No. 74 of 2019 for restitution of conjugal life due to that reasons, only to put undue pressure, the complainant/O.P. No.2 filed the present case implicating the petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant/O.P. No.2. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 872 C of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
