JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner resorted to fire causing injury on right shoulder and left hand of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also and as per counter version the firing made by Randhir Yadav causing injury to the informant.Moreover, the injury has been found to be simple. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 233
