Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/470/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he obtained job of Panchayat Shikshak by producing forge certificates.
Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner has not produced any forge certificate, which would be evident from the information received from the authority concerned under right to information.
