The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith Ward Member and Mukhiya committed irregularities in the execution of 'Chief Minister Rural Drinking Water Scheme'. Many deficiencies are alleged in execution of the work on the basis of an enquiry report.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is contractor of the said work. The alleged deficiencies are minor in nature and concerned Junior Engineer has certified completion of this work and therefore, no deficiency remain. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72600 of 2021(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapati P.S.
