2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 dated 22.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 329(3), 329(4), 332(c), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.03.2025, the petitioners and son-in-law of Dharmendra Kumar (petitioner no.
1) came to the house of the informant and assaulted him with knife due to which he sustained head injury and the blood started oozing out then the accused persons assaulted him with

When the informant's wife came to rescue him, the accused persons assaulted her and snatched the gold chain, earrings and mangalsutra from her neck. On hearing the noise, the neighbours came there then the accused persons fled away from the spot. It is further alleged that the accused persons threatened the informant to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel has further submitted that both sides have sustained injuries and the photo copy of the injury reports have been annexed as Annexure-4 with the bail petition. As per the injury report of the injured Vinita Kumar, the injury is simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance and the injured, Piyush Gupta also sustained injury in the right side parietal region and the injury is simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance. The wife of Dharmendra Pradhan also sustained injury on the left parietal region and left forearm and the injury is simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance. As per the injury report
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60262 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 3/3 of the informant (at Annexure-3), he sustained four injuries and the injury is stated to be grievous in nature caused by sharp and pointed object. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 21.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
