In compliance with the order, dated 27.09.2016, respondent No.2, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and respondent No.4, the Investigating Officer of Bakhri P.S. Case No.74 of 2016, are present, in person. In view of the fact that the police report, in the form of charge sheet, has already been submitted, no further

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.898 of 2016 (4) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 order is called for. This writ petition is, therefore, closed with direction that respondent No.2, namely, Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and get the investigation of Bakhri P.S. Case No.74 of 2016 completed expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed.

Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and Officer-In-Charge, Bakhri Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
