2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in para 8 of the bail petition in course of day.
3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024 dated 30.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, total 40 litres of spirit, one iron cutter, one iron rinch, a big rod, three cartridges shells were recovered from the Scorpio vehicle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not the owner of the said vehicle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2024.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024.
8. The application stands allowed.
