Following is the relief, sought for, by the petitioner in the present writ application:

" (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Respondentauthorities to provide certified copy of letter dated 12-03-2004, issued by the Parcel Office, Manmad and received in the office of Assistant Commercial Manager, Danapur Rail Division, Patna on 15-03-2004; as sought by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005 on 08-10-2012 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15897 of 2016(3) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 09-11-2012.

(ii) To hold and declare that the respondent authorities have deliberately and intentionally withheld the aforementioned information without there being any just, valid and legal reason for the same.

(iii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case".

Considering the relief sought for, in the present writ application, the petitioner is permitted to make appropriate representation before the concerned authority, who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
