Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2016 for the offence under section 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he demanded money from the informant for wine and on refusal the petitioner assaulted the informant by knife.
In the instant case, diary was called for. The injury report indicates the nature of injury as to the cut mark on right eyebrow is noted but the opinion is reserved by the doctor. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.61832 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
